1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flirtsy mobile application (“App”), provided by !Complicated (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Relationship with Apple

The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and !Complicated, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

Flirtsy provides AI-powered tools that generate suggested messages and assist with managing dating conversations.
